About us:

Indurex is a deep-tech company building AI-powered cyber-physical engineering intelligence for safety-critical and industrial environments. We work closely with analysts, partners, and specialised agencies to bring a highly technical product to market in a clear, credible, and engaging way.

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Communications specialist to support our day‑to‑day marketing activities. In this role, you will help execute marketing campaigns, create engaging content, manage our social media channels, and support both internal and external communications. You enjoy switching between tasks, working collaboratively, and bringing structure and creativity to your work. In this role you will work closely with the Founders and shape our marketing function.

You will work across a variety of projects and channels, gaining lot’s of experience in content creation, events, social media, and brand communication. You will join a growing deep‑tech startup team where you can take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and make a visible impact on our brand, event and communication efforts.

Your responsibilities will include:

Marketing & Event Coordination

  • Planning and executing of our marketing campaigns

  • Support website updates (CMS), landing pages, and SEO tasks

  • Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities

  • Work closely with external agencies and partners before, during, and after events

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports

  • Manage marketing calendars, action lists, and status updates

Content Creation

  • Draft social media posts, newsletters, articles, and short form content

  • Support the development of presentations, brochures, and marketing materials

Communications

  • Manage our internal communications (announcements, marketing updates)

  • Support external communications such as press releases or partner & investor updates

  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels

Digital & Social Media

  • Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms such as LinkedIn and others

  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages

  • Conduct competitor, market, and trend research

Job requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, and content creation, preferably in B2B

  • Strong writing skills in English; Dutch is a plus

  • Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing

  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, HubSpot, or similar

  • A proactive, hands‑on attitude and eagerness to learn and develop in an early-stage company

  • Affinity with cybersecurity, AI, or tech is a big plus
