In this role you will spearhead advanced AI initiatives at the intersection of cybersecurity and industrial systems. Your leadership will influence how our ML models bolster industrial threat detection, safeguard critical infrastructure, and anticipate operational disruptions. You will be part of a global tech team of engineers, security researchers, and technologists with deep backgrounds in OT, automation, large-scale AI systems, and mission-critical operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Define and execute the vision and strategy for integrating AI/ML solutions into industrial cybersecurity workflows and operational excellence.
Translate emerging research into strategic breakthroughs—balancing cutting-edge theory with real-world applicability.
Drive the adoption of safe, explainable AI practices critical for sensitive control environments.
Design and deploy models for intrusion detection, anomaly detection, and threat prediction within industrial networks.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to integrate ML into SIEM platforms, automate alerting, and reduce incident response latency.
Deploy robust AI pipelines into operational systems with resilience in mind.
Mentor and guide a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists.
Act as a strategic liaison between AI, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive implementation.
Establish ethical AI frameworks, model monitoring, and validation processes tailored to cybersecurity and industrial applications.
Collaborate with compliance functions to meet industry and regulatory standards.
Stay informed on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and cyber security to ensure our technology remains at the forefront.
Job requirements
Advanced degree (PhD or Master) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Mathematics or related fields.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in various AI/ML Engineering roles.
Expertise in machine and deep learning, time-series analysis, anomaly detection, ML pipelines and MLOps.
Experience with leading teams, cross-functional coordination, and executing of high-stakes AI projects and products.
Ability to translate complex technical insights into actionable strategies for business and technical stakeholders.
Experience in cybersecurity and/or industrial domains is considered a plus.
